ONILNE PAINTING COMPETITION (COVID-19 – क्या खोया? क्या पाया?)

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. This is a group / family competition i.e. a family or a group of friends can participate.
2. Anyone (team leader or team member) can participate in only one entry. If someone is found participating in more than one entry then all the entries of that participants will be cancelled.
3. Entry must be in Painting format only. Participants may use any size, medium, material for making the painting.
4. This competition is open to all i.e. participant/s may be of any age but of Indian Nationality only.
5. This competition is only for non-professional and non-qualified artist/s. The organisers may ask for the qualification proof/s of team leader as well as all the team members.
6. The participants should send their entries in the JPEG format picture of their entry alongwith filled in and scanned registration form in PDF / JPEG format and 2-4 pics of the participants during working at  kalantararttrust@gmail.com. No other form of entry shall be entertained.
7. We understand that it may be difficult to print and scan the filled up form in the lock-down phase. So, the participants may send hand-written registration form alongwith pictures of their entries. Also they must write and sign the declaration alongwith registration form.
8. Last Date for receiving the entries is 30^th April, 2020 by 6:00 pm.
9. The organizers reserve the right to postpone the last date of receipt of entries.
10. Prize money of winners will be transferred online and TDS will deducted from the prize money. So, once selected as winner the participants will have to share their Account Details as well as PAN number.
